Local Government Code, Chapter 171
In accordance with Chapter 171 of the Local Government Code, a public official must file a Conflict of Interest Affidavit and/or Affidavit on Abstention from Voting with the Office of the City Secretary. Blank forms are available by clicking the link below.

Local Government Code, Chapter 176
In accordance with requirements of the Texas Ethics Commission, the filed Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Local Government Officer Conflicts Disclosure Statements are filed with the City Secretary office. By law, Questionnaires and Disclosure Statement must be filed with the records administrator of the local government not later than the seventh (7th) business day after the date the person becomes aware of facts that requires the statement to be filed. New City Council, Board, Commission, or Committee Members
New City Council, Board, Commission, or Committee Members are required to complete the Conflict of Interest Acknowledgement Form. Completed forms may be delivered by email to nicantu@cityfs.net or in-person to City Hall, located at 121 W. Second Street, Fort Stockton, Texas 79735.

In accordance with Chapter 176 of the Local Government Code, a list of local government officers of the local governmental entity shall be made available to the public and any vender who may be required to file a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire.

As required by Local government Code Section 176.009, the following are the Questionnaires and Disclosure Statements filed with the records administrator of the local government.
In accordance with Local Government Code, Chapter 176.009(a). A local governmental entity shall provide access to the statements and questionnaires filed under this chapter on the internet website maintained by the local governmental entity. Required retention of these forms is three years from the date filed.
